ITIL certification

Writing a service catalogue with little formal knowledge about ITIL las year truly was a challenge. Last week, however, I finally got trained and certified for ITIL foundation. It was a great experience to learn more about the ideas behind ITIL and how much common sense is used in the approach. And even though ITIL might be considered a little old school in times of DevOps and agile thinking, following due process still holds a lot of advantages.

And I enjoyed being in class and getting more input than I could handle quite a bit...
