Failure Resumé

I just read this NY Times article about keeping track of job failures and screw-ups. The ides behind this is so obviously good and intuitive, one tends to forget about it. How much more do you learn from failure than you do from success? Or as a German saying goes “everyone can be helmsman if only the weather is good”. I will start to keep a failure resumé from today and teach my kids about it!
